Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal data aiwithpriyabrat.com (the "Site") collects and how it is used. The Site is run by Priyabrat Dalbehera, Bengaluru, India ("I", "me"). I collect as little as possible and never sell your data. The free notes site, learn.aiwithpriyabrat.com, has its own privacy policy.
1. What I collect

2. Cookies and browser storage
pv_vid— a random visitor ID (1 year) so a returning browser is recognised. It contains nothing about you by itself.- Session cookie — only set if you sign in to the admin area.
- Browser storage — small settings such as your light/dark theme and whether you've already seen a pop-up, plus the per-tab ID described above.
- Opting out: if your browser sends Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control, visits are not recorded and no visitor cookie is set. You can also delete the Site's cookies in your browser at any time.
- There are no advertising cookies and no third-party analytics or ad networks.
3. AI tools and what you upload
- Text you type and files you upload (for example a resume or PDF) are sent to an AI provider — Groq or OpenAI — to produce the answer. Uploaded files are read in memory and not stored on the Site.
- Ask My AI conversations are saved so you can return to them, and are deleted automatically after 7 days unless pinned.
- Questions asked to PRIYA and its answers may be kept, without your name or email, to improve future answers.
- Please don't paste passwords, ID numbers or other sensitive personal data into the AI tools.
4. How I use your data
- to reply to enquiries and deliver work you asked for,
- to send emails you requested (you can opt out at any time),
- to understand how the Site is used — which pages are visited, how often people return — and improve it,
- to keep the Site secure and prevent spam and misuse, and
- to meet legal obligations.
5. Who processes it
Data is stored on the Site's own server, hosted by Railway. A small number of service providers help run the Site, and each gets only what it needs:
- Groq and OpenAI — process AI chat and tool requests;
- Resend — sends emails (replies, confirmations);
- Telegram — notifies me when a new enquiry arrives;
- Google Sheets — a private backup of enquiries, waitlist sign-ups and anonymous click events;
- Calendly — if you book a call, under its own privacy policy;
- Google Fonts — your browser loads fonts from Google, which sees your IP address.
I share data with authorities only when the law requires it.
6. How long I keep it
- Visit records (IP, device, pages): up to 24 months, then deleted.
- AI usage logs (with IP): 90 days.
- Ask My AI conversations: 7 days unless pinned.
- Enquiries and waitlist sign-ups: as long as needed to work with you, or until you ask me to delete them.
7. Your rights
In line with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (and the GDPR if you are in the EU/UK), you can ask me to:
- tell you what personal data I hold about you,
- correct it, or
- delete it (except records I must keep by law).
Email ipriyabrat689@gmail.com and I'll reply within 30 days. For visit records, it helps to mention roughly when you visited and from which device.
8. Security
The Site uses HTTPS, the admin area is password-protected, and access to the data is limited to me. No system is perfectly secure, but I take reasonable steps to protect your data.
9. Changes
If this policy changes, the new version will be posted here with a new "Last updated" date.
