Your team answers the same questions all day
Support and sales repeat the same answers while customers wait. A chatbot grounded in your own content handles them instantly — with sources.
Solution: AI Chatbot DevelopmentI build AI chatbots, RAG systems, AI agents, natural-language SQL analytics, document intelligence and workflow automation for startups and growing businesses. Production systems around your own data and processes, with architecture and source code you can inspect, not black-box demos.
From initial discovery and prototyping to deployment and monitoring.
Most AI projects that fail start with a technology. These start with a bottleneck you can already point to.
Support and sales repeat the same answers while customers wait. A chatbot grounded in your own content handles them instantly — with sources.
Solution: AI Chatbot DevelopmentAnswers live across docs, wikis and PDFs, so people search for hours or guess. A RAG assistant makes it searchable and trustworthy.
Solution: Enterprise RAG Systems"What sold best last month?" shouldn't take a ticket. Ask in plain English and get the chart and summary back in seconds.
Solution: Natural Language to SQL AnalyticsText-only tools break on scanned and layout-heavy documents. Vision-based document AI reads them and cites the exact page.
Solution: Intelligent Document ProcessingChecking sources, summarising and sending updates can run on a schedule — without a person kicking it off every day.
Solution: AI Workflow AutomationMulti-step work needs to gather data, weigh trade-offs and stop for human approval. AI agents handle the workflow, you keep the final say.
Solution: AI Agent DevelopmentSeven kinds of AI system, built around your data and processes, whether you need one focused build or a generative AI developer for a longer engagement. Starting points are indicative; your final price depends on your requirements, data and integrations (how pricing works).
Answer customer and team questions instantly, at any hour, using only knowledge sources you approve.

A RAG chatbot that answers questions about my work from a real knowledge base — the same pattern as a business chatbot.
Try it live → LivePaste your site's URL and chat with an assistant built from your own pages in about 30 seconds.
Try it live → LiveAn AI agent that searches, synthesises and cites sources in real time.
Try it live → LiveResearcher, Critic and Writer agents collaborate live, with fact-checking against a knowledge base.
Try it live →Production-style systems with the architecture and source code open to inspect: the problem each tackles, how it works, and what it means for your own project.
These are my own builds (open-source project examples and one live demo), not client engagements. Outcomes describe what each system does; no client results or usage figures are claimed.
For internal knowledge, trust matters more than speed. Re-ranking and answer scoring are what make a RAG system safe to put in front of your team.
Self-serve analytics doesn't require replacing your database. A natural-language layer on top of existing data takes routine questions out of the analyst queue.
Agents work best with clear roles and a human checkpoint. The same pattern fits any decision that needs research, a second opinion and sign-off, such as vendor reviews or proposal checks.
A working chatbot built from a website's own pages with no manual setup, answering only from that content and showing its sources.
Answers questions about scanned PDFs, invoices and screenshots, citing the document and page each answer came from.
Collects, summarises and delivers an update to Telegram twice a day on a schedule, with no server to maintain and no manual steps.
Six stages from idea to a system you can rely on. You see working results early, and you know the scope and cost before the build begins.
We pin down the problem, who it is for, the data and tools involved, and whether AI is even the right answer.
I propose the approach (models, retrieval, integrations, hosting) with a written scope and estimate.
A working version on a sample of your real data, so you can see it, try it and steer early.
Quality is checked against agreed test questions and cases, and fixed before anything goes live.
The system goes live in your cloud or on a managed platform, with access controls and a handover walkthrough.
Cost, latency and answer quality are tracked after launch; ongoing support can be agreed separately.
Three ways to work together, depending on how far along your idea is. Each one explains what you get, what drives time and cost, and what I need from you to give an estimate.
For clients who need to validate an AI use case before investing in a complete application.
Who it's for
Teams with an AI idea they want to test on real data first, or who aren't sure whether a chatbot, RAG system, agent or automation is the right approach.

Authentication, roles and least-privilege credentials, so people and the AI only reach what they should.

Which safeguards a project needs depends on its risk; an internal FAQ bot needs fewer than an agent that can change records. No system is perfectly secure or right every time. These practices reduce risk and make problems visible early.
AI chatbots and assistants, RAG systems over your documents, LLM agents that use tools and APIs, natural-language-to-SQL analytics, document processing (including scanned PDFs) and workflow automation. Each has a working example on this page: one live demo and open-source project examples.
Yes. Your documents (PDFs, policies, help articles or wiki pages) are split into passages and indexed in a vector database such as ChromaDB, FAISS, pgvector or Pinecone, chosen for your data volume and hosting. The chatbot answers from the most relevant passages and cites its sources, and scanned or layout-heavy files can be read with vision models, as in the VisionRAG example. Who may see which documents is agreed during scoping, because it shapes how the system is built.
Yes, as long as there is an API or database access to work with. My builds connect to PostgreSQL, DuckDB, Redis and CSV data, REST APIs, webhooks, email, Telegram and Google Sheets. For databases I prefer read-only credentials and validated queries, so the AI cannot change data unless that is explicitly required and approved.
Usually. Services are packaged with Docker so they run on most container platforms, with CI/CD through GitHub Actions. My work includes Azure OpenAI, a multi-agent system built for AWS ECS Fargate, and this website, which runs on Railway. For other platforms or locked-down internal environments, I confirm the fit during scoping rather than assume it.
Against a set of real test questions with agreed good answers, before launch. For RAG I measure faithfulness, answer relevance and retrieval quality with RAGAS-style metrics; NL2SQL queries are validated and given a confidence score; and tracing tools such as LangSmith show how each answer was produced. No AI system is right every time, so the aim is measured quality, sensible fallbacks such as showing sources or declining to answer when the evidence is weak, and monitoring after launch.
Your data and access are used only for your project. In practice that means least-privilege, read-only access where possible; samples or anonymised data during prototyping; keeping data in your own cloud account when required; an AI model provider whose data terms fit your policy; and no credentials in code. No system is perfectly secure, so production systems may also need access controls, logging and human approval for sensitive operations. If you must meet a specific compliance standard, tell me at the start so the system is designed around your organisation's controls and review process.
Yes. I can deploy to your cloud account or a managed platform with containerised services, CI/CD, logging, and monitoring of cost, latency and answer quality, as in the LLMWatch example. Ongoing maintenance, such as monitoring, fixes and model updates, can be agreed as a separate arrangement after launch.
Yes. I start by reviewing where it falls short, whether that is retrieval quality, prompts, evaluation, cost or latency, and fix the highest-impact issues first. Typical work includes better chunking and re-ranking, caching, guardrails, and adding evaluation and monitoring. I will need access to the code and a few examples of where it goes wrong.
By the engagement model and by your requirements, data availability, integrations, security needs and deployment expectations. Published starting points are $249 for a focused chatbot, $299 for MCP setup, $499 for workflow automation, $999 for RAG, NL2SQL, analytics or document intelligence, and $1,499 for AI agents; discovery work and larger systems are estimated individually. You receive a written estimate before any work begins.
A short description of the problem and who will use the solution, examples of the data or documents involved (a sample is enough at first), the systems it needs to connect to, any security, hosting or compliance requirements, and your timeline. The enquiry form on this page covers the essentials.
I read every enquiry personally and reply within 24 hours. From there we have a short conversation to understand the problem, and you receive a scoped estimate before any work begins.
Yes. I am based in Bengaluru, India and work remotely, so projects run over email, chat and video calls wherever you are.
